Loitering While Black

The new police chief of Bunnell, Florida likes to drive around town and introduce himself to people. And if those people are black, he likes to arrest them. To his way of thinking, they must be drug dealers.
On Feb. 7, Cecil Hubbert, a 21-year-old resident of Palm Coast who grew up in Bunnell, was walking to his aunt's house with Nateshawn Royal, his sister's boyfriend. Both men are black. Hubbert says Bunnell Police Chief Armando Martinez pulled up and at first said he was just introducing himself as the new police chief in town. ... Immediately, Hubbert says, the chief then accused him and Royal of being drug dealers prowling in "a known drug area," had them arrested on a charge of loitering and prowling, and confiscated the cash they carried. No drugs were found on them.
So much for probable cause. Being black in a "known drug area" is cause enough in Bunnell.

Looks like all the latest spin from the right wing and gobbled up by the media are the bombs marked "MADE IN IRAN" and confirmed by Joe "turncoat" Liebermann. Now it is clear that these bombs MAY have markings traced back to Iran and they May have been used against our troops. Now it is also quite clear that the Sunnis are using them to create havoc to the Shiites and the Shia are retaliating by blowing up the Sunnis. Both are killing our troops with those weapons. Lets assume Joe and his new friends are right. Is Iran to blame? We have released hundreds of tons of cold American cash to warlords and never demanded a receipt. The Kurds, Shia and Sunni lined up and motored off with truckloads of twenty dollar bills in the assumption that they would spend it wisely. They did. For their own causes by purchasing weapons to be used to defend or spread their agenda. If Iran sells those armaments are they to blame or our failed policy of releasing cash like sand in a windstorm? No mention that the main weapon used to kill our troops is the AK47 which is manufactured in Russia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AK-47 How about all the munitions from the Saddam era that may bear serial #s Made in USA? Note that I said MAY as was mentioned in the initial report assailing Iran. The US happens to be the largest arms supplier in the world and will sell to any buyer regardless of sanctions through the open market or under handed tactics by the black market. Reference Reagan and Iran/Contra. We have been presented with certain facts before. It was confirmed that Saddam was using aluminum tubes for uranium enrichment. Saddam was purchasing "Yellow Cake". We were supplied with crude drawings of mobile chemical labs and possible locations confirmed by satellite. What more evidence did we need to attack. Now we are going to be swayed once again by "Proof". Many sources point that we will attack Iran in May, the plans are in place and the threat of Irans Nuclear plans must be wiped out.
